From Paris to HK, and now in Manila, Atelier Vivanda is a French bistro and steakhouse headed by 2-star Michelin chef, Akrame Benallal. It’s for people who love premium steaks. It’s not for diners looking to keep a strict diet. We recommend the Pommes Darphin, 50-Day Aged Smoked Beef with Pepper Oil, and their Ribeye Steak. Our insider tip is that you should get your steaks cooked medium, which is the standard in French cuisine.
