Many restaurants have experimented with this rich and flavorful delicacy, adding other ingredients such as shrimp, soft shell crab, squid ink, tomato sauce, and more to create their own versions of aligue pasta.

Earth Kitchen – Katipunan
Earth Kitchen, a joint project of the Got Heart Foundation and Hizon’s catering, is a farm-to-table concept restaurant dedicated to promote the products of local farms and indigenous people. Their version of aligue pasta also uses squid ink, topped with scallops and anise liquor.
