What makes brick oven pizza so great? Brick ovens are hotter than traditional ovens so the heat bounces off your pizza allowing it to cook faster and crisp the crust while still giving you a chewy center. Amare La Cucina serves up a variety of classic and some more unique pizzas. On your next visit, try their Carbonara Pizza, Wagyu Pizza, and Foie Gras Pizza with Truffle Oil.

If pizza isn’t enough for you, Amare La Cucina also has a selection of pastas, salads, and of course their wood fired ribs. Unlike the more common oven roasted ribs, the wood firing gives the meat a smoky taste that you won’t find anywhere else!
