Sugar Factory is an American brasserie that serves gourmet desserts, hot meals, and over the top premium sweets. The opened its doors in Las Vegas last 2009 and has different branches spread across the US including: New York, Chicago, Florida, Washington DC, and an international branch in Bahrain.
Sunnies Cafe – Bonifacio High Street
Sunnies Cafe is an LA-inspired cafe-slash-restaurant that’s all about fusing together all that the Sunnies brand stands for: fashion, food, travel, and more. Foodies have been raving about their Sunnies Funfetti, Black Bottom Banana Cream Pie, and thick milkshakes. They also have another branch that just recently opened in Megamall. Paul Boulangerie is a patisserie, cafe, and restaurant from France that is known for their specialty hand-crafted breads and pastries. They also have desserts like churros, French macarons, cakes, tarts, and pies.
Paper Moon Cafe – SM Aura / Uptown BGC
From Madame Kazuko Emy Wada of Lady M, a popular cake boutique in New York, comes Paper Moon specializing in Mille Feuille or also known as Crepe Cakes. Amaze yourself with their 20 layers of paper thin crepes, with best-sellers like the Original Mille Crepe, Chocolate Mille Crepe and Strawberry Mille Crepe.
LAVA Cheese Tarts – SM Aura

One of the most popular Bingsu places in town these days is Cafe Seoulhwa for their finely shaved ice that is said to withstand the scorching heat for up to 30 minutes! Try flavors like Mango Cheese, Berry Cheese, and Injeolmi.

Mad Mark’s Creamery – Central Square
Mad Mark’s Creamery was once a hole-in-the-wall restaurant in Kapitolyo, and now has 3 other branches all over the metro! They’re famous for their tasty and affordable steaks, but they actually started out selling homemade ice cream. Popular flavors include the Half-Baked Madagascar and Javan Hot Chocolate.
Seol and Bean – Fort Strip
Seol and Bean is a dessert shop that specializes in Korean bingsu treats. They also serve pasta, rice meals, coffee, shakes, tea, and more. Must-tries are the Melon, Blueberry Cheese and Chocolate.
