Blk 513 is the first to offer Dark Skim, Activated Charcoal-enhanced frozen yogurt in the Philippines. They use frozen Greek yogurt with their top of the line quality ingredients, to achieve a creamier consistency than the usual fro-yos.
The Dark Skim contains live bacteria called, ‘Active Probiotic Cultures‘ that only works once they are inside the body, making sure that all nutrients are taken in. Aside from that, it is also enhanced with Activated Charcoal (that explains its greyish color), which is the world’s oldest and most trusted detoxifying agent. Dark Skim can be availed in a cup or a cone. If you’re getting the Dark Skim Cup, you get to customize your fro-yo with 1 crunch, 2 kinds of fruits, and 1 sauce. The Dark Skim Cone is a three-layered creation with one kind of crunch, one kind of fruit, and sauce of your choice, on a dark gaufre waffle cone.
Some of their crunches include Oreo pie, vegan brownies, homemade s’mores, and more.
Choices of fruits depend on what’s fresh and in season such as peaches, mangoes, kiwi, dragonfruit, and sauces may vary from peanut butter, espresso, faux Ferrero, and their newest, wild purple and matcha milk cake.
Super Skim
The Super Skim Cup is a vanilla-infused, gluten-free fro-yo that tastes just like ice cream! Unlike the usual fro-yos, this one is for those people who still prefers healthy desserts but doesn’t like that sour taste that usually comes with yogurts. One order comes with up to two crunches of your choice.
