Curio — Kapitolyo
Curio is a pop-up restaurant by the curious minds of Tipple and Slaw and NAV Modern Thai. On February 14, 2017, NAV’s interiors and menu will be redesigned to offer a fine dining experience that you and your Valentine will definitely love.
The line-up includes an 8-course dinner by Chef Janus Naval and Francis Lim—with each beautifully plated dish inspired by nature. Chef Francis made use of underrated local ingredients to deliver Asian flavors that are both familiar and surprising. While the appetizers may seem light, the full course already includes your favorites like bone marrow & foie gras, beef shank, curry risotto, and more!

Mieng Kham — a traditional Thai snack which translates to “one bite wrap“. This sweet and spicy dish is composed of shiso, pineapple, roasted nuts, chili jam, gochugaru, and silgochu.

A refreshing palate cleanser made with calamansi liqueur, pomelo, mint syrup
Garden
An unassuming yet flavorful salad composed of Asian greens, fiddle fern, edible flowers, tamarind vinaigrette, son-in-law eggs, and candied galangal.
