Wagyu Tenderloin Grade 12 with Lobster Tail – Melo’s

Melo’s Steakhouse, the first restaurant to offer Certified Angus Beef, is known for their incredibly sumptuous and tender steaks. Lobster & Prawns Cappellacci – Va Bene Pasta Deli

Said to be possibly Manila’s best Italian restaurant, Va Bene Pasta Deli is helmed by Chef Massimo Veronesi, an Italian chef who promises an authentic Italian dining experience at a reasonable price. While most of their dishes are considered to be best-sellers and must-tries, we’ve been hearing good reviews about their Lobster & Prawns Cappellacci.

CDP, which stands for Chef Du Partie, is a global restaurant offering different cuisines by Malou Fores (of Mamou and Recovery Food), Katrina Kuhn-Alcantara (of Mesclun & Chuck’s Deli) and Kristine del Gallego-Locsin. One of their best-sellers is their Maine Lobster Vongole, no doubts about that.
