Camp Benjamin is a 4.7-hectare multi-purpose facility with an adjacent 8-hectare integrated and natural farm located in Alfonso, Cavite, an upland municipality literally just a few minutes off of main Tagaytay.
Apart from being an events place, a hotel, a convention center, retreat house and farm, it also holds atop a hill a restaurant that offers modern heritage Filipino cuisine with a breathtaking view–Mon’s Restaurant.
Short for Meant for Organic and Natural, Mon’s is a farm-to-plate concept restaurant that values health and wellness. It is a “house” created through passion, pride and creativity from different regions and experiences of their fine chefs.

The Presley
Two levels of peanut butter, jelly, banana and juicy bacon strips, sandwiched in their own Pullman bread and grilled on a buttered skillet. Served with Japanese sweet potato country fries.
Braised Beef Shank in Tomato Puree and Fresh Italian Herbs
A classic Italian braised beef shank simmered for three hours in fresh tomato puree, crab fat and fresh herbs from their farm and served with mushroom rice casserole.
Aside from its delectable food, Mon’s Restaurant has become known for one thing, DINE UNDER THE STARS.
For only P1,500/head, you can now experience picnic dining under the stars! It’s only every Friday and Saturday, 6-9PM. This price includes set menu good for 2 persons.
If you plan to stay overnight, you may also avail a dinner + overnight promo for only P5,999. This price includes dinner for two, deluxe room accommodations at Shalom Hotel, use of swimming pool, and 1-way zipline ride. Add an extra person for P1,350/pax.
Both promos end this March 31, 2017. After the promo period, the outdoor picnic will still be open for a la carte dishes from 8:00am-8:00pm daily.
Note that this is not a private setup. Families and romantic partners are welcome to enjoy a night of great food, ambiance and company. Make sure to book way ahead because seats are getting filled up quick.
