Gringo is a local concept that specializes in Latin American and Tex-Mex specialties, which means celebration is accompanied with great food. This Holiday, Gringo is introducing two Holaday Boards: Sancho, served with their Lechon Cubano, a slow-roast lechon belly; and Buena, highlighted by Tilapia fingers with Salsa Verde. Both Holaday Boards include a combination of Gringo’s Original Roast Chicken and BBQ Ribs.
Insider tip: Each board also comes with four soft tacos, a platter of rice, side of nachos, and a pitcher of house-brewed iced tea.

Alba Restaurante Español – multiple branches
Home of traditional Spanish cooking, the time-honored Alba is best known for their Paella, which incidentally, is a must at Christmas parties.
