Squid ink is the new black.

It’s interesting how squid ink pasta works, where the pasta itself turns to jet black when the ink is mixed into the fresh pasta dough, and then cooked with wine, red pepper flakes, olive oil, garlic, and seafood; it’s a tasty dish and the daring color makes it look even more unique and appetizing.
