Lab Made – Tai Hang

Lab Made is HK’s first liquid nitrogen ice cream shop. They create their ice cream from scratch using liquid nitrogen. Flavors are changed regularly, so you can expect something new and exciting from every time you visit!

Honeymoon Dessert is a product of love and passion for everything sweet and healthy, established in 1998 by 5 students who were friends since secondary school. Their mango series with the famous Yeung Chi Kam Lo (made of mango, grapefruit, sago, coconut milk, carnation, sugar and ice cream) and Mango Pancakes are two of their bestsellers!

Heart’s Dessert – Sham Shui Po

Heart’s Dessert is famous for their Coconut Water Pudding, made from coconut water turned into jelly, topped with creme caramel and other various toppings, submerged in coconut milk! They also have thick toast desserts, waffles and ice cream.

Via Tokyo – Causeway Bay

While matcha originated in Japan, Hong Kong definitely has its fair share of authentic matcha dessert shops with Via Tokyo being one of them. Foodies have been raving about their Soft-Serve Matcha Ice Cream and their Matcha Affogato! They also have other soft-serve ice cream flavors such as Black Sesame, Houjicha and even Hokkaido Milk.
