Inside the restaurant, one would find sleek interiors with an industrial nature vibe. The dark wood furniture, green accent walls, geometric floor patterns and shelving, and mix of plant-book-piece decor make Hops & Brews one cool and cozy place.

Grabbing popular dishes from Singaporean, Spanish, Mediterranean, Italian, and more, Hops & Brews also created winners like Hainanese Fried Chicken, Galbi Jim (A house favorite: 24 hour sous vide Australian short ribs, served with kimchi fried rice and sunny side up egg), and Shalang Pares (A sweet brisket stew partnered with roasted bone marrow served garlic rice and chili sauce).

“Experience is the new taste of comfort,” says Hops & Brews and a new food experience is definitely something you’ll get here. Lamb Tajine is one of the most unique things on the menu and definitely worth a try. They also sous vide a number of the dishes to inject even more flavor into the food.
