This hole-in-the-wall Italian restaurant by Chef Massimo and Carolyn Veronesi is an answer to our pasta prayers! Try their Papardelle, Black Ink Taglioni and Salami Picante Crusted Jumbo Scallops, and you’ll know what we mean.
My Kitchen by Chef Chris – Paco
While they’re highly-known for their panizzas as well, their pasta doesn’t shy away from perfection. We absolutely love the Fettuccine Santo, Spaghetti Carbonara and Penne Roberto. Fun fact: Chef Chris is also the chef of Pampanga’s C’ Italian Dining!
