Kam’s Roast – Mega Fashion Hall
Kam’s Roast, one of Hong Kong’s most famous restaurants, is finally in Manila! A popular destination for foodies around the world, Kam’s Roast is a casual dining restaurant known for their signature roast goose and char siu. Since the establishment of its first branch in Wan Chai, the restaurant has consistently been part of “Best Restaurants in HK” lists, and has even bagged a Michelin Star every year since 2015, gaining it’s first one just 6 months after they first opened.
Owner Chef Hardy Kam learned from his late grandfather who first opened Yung Kee Restaurant in 1942. After perfecting the family recipes, Kam’s Roast became a success born out of tradition. Today, nearly four years after opening Kam’s Roast, there are still long lines outside the small 21-seater restaurant in Hong Kong.
Thanks to Foodee Global Concepts, the same folks who brought international brands like Tim Ho Wan, Todd English, llaollao and more to Manila, we can soon enjoy these TO DIE FOR roast dishes without flying to Hong Kong! We can’t wait to try their signature Roast Duck, Soy Chicken, Char Siu, and Scallion Ginger and Shrimp Roe Noodles.

You can get your noodles in Scallion Ginger oil or with Shrimp Roe on top. If you want to keep things Pinoy, order yourself a side of rice and let those drippings keep you warm until the very last bite!
Fun Fact: KRG was established by Hardy Kam Shun-yuen, grandson of Mr. Kam Shui Fai who's also the founder of internationally-acclaimed Yung Kee Restaurant, in 1942.
