Get a cup for only P60! *Restaurant is closed*

Third-wave coffee is often more expensive than your typical, run-off-the-mill coffee. The high-quality cups are often made with single origin roasts.

Many ‘hipster’ coffee shops have been popping around Manila, but this pop-up cafe bar is so far the only one that gives you that third-wave quality for prices this good.

Monday Coffee

Monday Coffee is a mobile coffee bar that serves high-quality coffee starting at P60 per cup. Their most expensive beverage is the Iced Monday Mocha at P140–with the rest of your options just P120 and below. They also serve ice-blended coffee with flavors like White Chocolate, Caramel, and more.

Our insider tip: All their beverages use double espresso shots, so you know they don't skimp on taste or quality.

Hate caffeine? They have non-coffee beverages and milkshakes too!

Inspired by his travels in San Francisco, the owner established Monday Coffee to give the local market the same coffee experience you’d find abroad. His aim was to make great coffee more affordable and less intimidating.

Fun Fact: Monday Coffee uses high-end Italian coffee equipment 'La Marzocco', a.k.a. the Rolls Royce of espresso machines.

Monday Coffee also serves lunch dishes such as pastas and pies, all for P200 and below. The Truffle Mushroom Pasta is a definite steal at just P160! They come in take-out packs, so no need to worry if you’re on the go.

For desserts, check out their pastries and cakes. Try out the Yema Cake, inspired by everyone’s favorite childhood candy.
