30 years ago, there was Country Spice–a family-run restaurant along E. Rodriguez Avenue by owner, Ashley Cayuca’s mom. During that time, the Philippine Daily Inquirer dubbed her signature dessert as ‘mud pie heaven’. Who knew, years later, it would become Ashley’s inspiration for a new restaurant?
FUN FACT: PBA players Greg Slaughter and Chris Lutz are part-owners and helped influence the dishes being served.
When you first enter, you are greeted with industrial accents, warm lighting and the wonderful smell of freshly baked breads.
Mudpie Heaven serves fusion and reinvented comfort food taken from 30-year old recipes handed down by Ashley Cayuca’s mom.
FUN FACT: "Mud pie" is short for Mississipi Mud Pie, a rich and luscious mousse-like chocolate cake or pie.

Asian Nachos
This dish is made of pork dumplings (instead of the traditional nacho chips) topped with kimchi and cheese
Pepperoni Pizza Dip

Bone Marrow Steak Pie
