Named after acclaimed chef Hide Yamamoto, the restaurant features 3 unique Japanese fine dining experiences: sushi, teppanyaki and robatayaki. Tuan Tuan Chinese Brasserie – Greenhills

Tuan Tuan, meaning ‘to put together’, puts together the best of HK comfort food in a french brasserie setting. Specialties include the snow buns, curry dishes and laksa noodles. It is a homegrown concept from the Lugang group.
