Nori is a Mexican-Japanese fusion restaurant that serves the best from both cuisines. It’s also one of the first in the country to serve sushi burritos–the recent craze that took over San Francisco, New York, Chicago, and Singapore.

It’s a simple hidden gem in Kapitolyo that can easily be missed since its tucked between offices and other establishments. Step inside and you’ll be welcomed by a cool, laid-back ambiance that sets the perfect mood for their comfort food menu items.
It’s owned by a young entrepreneur who is not new to the restaurant business. He humbly admits that the restaurant industry is indeed a tough one to be in but he’s focused on his goal to serve good food at good prices.
Look up and you’ll spot their unique and handmade lamps.
Insider tip: Their small outdoor seating area at their second floor balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy a beer or two with friends. It’s a small place though so you should call in advance if you’re visiting with a group.

Yakitori
Nori has an all-you-can-eat yakitori promo every Friday. You can choose from a variety of their sticks like chicken isaw, pork isaw, squid balls, chicken balls, and crab sticks. Their special Saikoro beef cubes is not included in the promo.
