One Matcha is a food stall at The Station Food Park in Maginhawa that specializes in matcha fusion drinks.
They are one of the first Filipino stores to specialize in matcha here in Manila, and that is how they got their name – One Matcha. Being matcha lovers, they discovered what adding different syrups and other ingredients can do in their typical green tea. The main challenge for them is to have regular coffee drinkers switch to drinking matcha, as it provides a lot of health benefits compared to our regular cup of tea.
They are proudly using high grade quality matcha powder imported directly from Japan. To cater those who aren’t familiar or fond of matcha, they add a few twists to their products. One Matcha serves signature matcha fusions drinks best paired with their delicious matcha bites.
