Another food park, another reason to drive all the way to Fairview!
We’ve seen a surge in food park openings lately and one of the newest can be found in Fairview, Quezon City. Fairview may seem quite far for the majority of us, but read on to find more reasons why this food park is worth the travel.
Pazar, which means ‘food market’ in Turkish, is owned by half-Lebanese, Chef Nathan Mounayer, who has worked in famous restaurants in the Philippines and has moved around Dubai, Beirut and Jedah only to discover a knack for Lebanese dishes. This inspired him to open up his own food stall, Meshwe, together with nine other stalls inside the Pazar food park.
The area is very spacious inside and is also easily accessible via commute. From matcha milkshakes, chicken and waffles, to affordable ribs and a drink with feelings, this new food hub should be on top of your priority list.
Tres Amigos
Named after the three partners who own this food stall, Tres Amigos is known for their homemade churros basket which comes with 3 dips (caramel, chocolate, and matcha) and cheesy nachos. They also serve burritos and quesadillas that are good for sharing.

Planet Shake
Quench your sweet tooth cravings with Planet Shake’s IG-worthy dessert milkshakes such as their Green Tea Martian made with green tea ice cream and topped with green tea KitKat and Pocky. They also serve fresh fruit shakes and ice scrambles for the 90’s kid.

Cuckoo Waffles is an American diner-inspired food stall that specializes in everything waffles. Try their bestselling Cuckoo Waffle and their Oreo Surprise Waffle where they use real Oreo bits. Big B Burgers
A famous burger shop from Los Baños, Laguna, Big B Burgers is a hit amongst students for its value-for-money 50:50 burgers of up to one-pound. Big B uses 50% beef and 50% of another ingredient (bacon, longaniza and others) for their patties. Aside from their burgers, try also the Poutine ng Ina Mo fries and their Pink Potion with Feelings drink (you’re in for a surprise!).
