Puto bumbong cake or puto bumbong marshmallows?

Another Filipino delicacy that we all love during the holidays, Puto Bumbong is a traditional kakanin made of glutinous rice cooked in bamboo. It is then slathered with butter or margarine and topped with brown sugar and shredded dried coconut.
