Sangkap is a casual family-style restaurant that offers traditional Filipino cuisine with a modern spin off to provide a unique dining experience. The focus is on regional food fare using local ingredients and techniques by Chef Raymar Reyes.

Chef Raymar is not a new name to the food community; in fact, he’s a well known celebrity chef having worked with TV5 and appearing at various cooking show segments. He’s also had training at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, became the executive chef of Amaretto Catering Services, Bistro Charlemagne in Nuvali and Sasa Asian Cuisine in Estancia Mall.
His vast experience in the kitchen makes his dishes relevant. You’ll be surprised at how he reinvented local Filipino favorites such as Sinigang, Crispy Pata, Kare-Kare, and other dishes from different regions.
Insider tip: Most of their dishes are available in two portions - the regular which is good for 1 to 2 pax, and large which is good for 3 to 4 pax.
