Shinsen Sushi Bar and Restaurant on Booky

Shinsen Sushi Bar and Restaurant

Shinsen which means “fresh” in Japanese is a homegrown sushi bar located along the busy street of C. Raymundo in Pasig City. It’s located at the Hampton Gardens Arcade and is conveniently located beside a condo, a Starbucks, and other private subdivisions.

Fun fact: Shinsen is proudly Filipino-owned and employs Japanese-trained Filipino chefs.

Step inside and you’ll be welcomed by hand-painted walls and Japanese ornaments bought from the Land of the Rising Sun. Shinsen’s murals are inspired by the owners’ travels to Japan. They were painted by a talented group of UP students who even included comic strips depicting the families of the owners and some of their staff members!
