Le Jardin drew inspiration from Chef Gils Brault of the internationally acclaimed Trois Gourmands in Vietnam. Aside from their truffles which are imported from France, Head Chef Jonas Ng (of Huat Pot) takes pride in making most of his dishes from scratch, including the breads, cured meats, and their artisan cheese. Chef Jonas puts less attention on presentation and focuses more on quality and cooking technique. Even their greens are sourced from Antonio’s Garden in Tagaytay.
Guests can expect to be on cloud nine with Le Jardin’s well-appointed, garden-inspired interiors which exudes both luxurious and casual elegance, ideal for memorable occasions or just sweet nothings with that special someone.
This February 2016, treat your date out to Le Jardin’s exclusive Valentine’s Day menu, available from February 8-14, 2016. Le Jardin’s special menu offers set meals complete with sparkling wine, hot/cold appetizers, mains, a cheese set, and dessert for that one-of-a-kind degustation experience.
Le Jardin has one of the most well-curated wine selections in Manila, all imported by their partner French sommelier from boutique wineries in France so don’t leave without trying any of their bottles. Ask your server for the best wine pairings.
To complete the night, be serenaded by the sounds of Vince Lahorra and his saxophone quartet as you enjoy your sumptuous meals 27 floors above Taguig City.
