One word comes to mind after doing a once over at The Giving Cafe: C O Z Y. From the wooden furniture and wall accents that remind you of lolo and lola’s house to the wish-wash of fabrics and pillows, the interiors come at you like a warm hug that simply refuses to let go.

All sorts of quirky light fixtures, wall art, and shelf fillers adorn The Giving Cafe that tells you there’s a story behind the place. TGC’s craft coffee comes from the Bloom line, “a special range crafted to support programs that solve issues preventing La Trinidad’s coffee farming community fro m harvesting quality coffee.”
Like their name suggests, The Giving Cafe wants to give back in a big way. Not only do they source their coffee from local farmers, the warm hearted folks behind TGC set up a program to ensure that the farmers in La Trinidad, Benguet get to keep their livelihood. What’s more is that TGC’s model can be adopted by any company. “From the machines you require to the beans you demand, everything you need to take part in our mission ban be provided…”
While they are a cafe and specialize in locally sourced coffee with a purpose, they also have quite the menu with favorites from pasta to rice dishes that ensure you leave with a heart and stomach full of good vibes.

No, The Giving Cafe‘s food offerings don’t subscribe to one particular cuisine. Most of the dishes on their menu are Asian inspired, but don’t be shocked when you see Bihon Guisado, Rosemary Bacon Popcorn, or Tapsilog on the menu. They have something for everyone.
