New this month: a 24/7 buffet and grab-and-go deli concept restaurant.

If we haven’t said it enough, our monthly Pasay list have become THE hub of burgers and buffets. We have one new entry this month and surprise, surprise, it’s still a buffet–a 24/7 buffet nonetheless inside Resorts World Manila. Foodies caught interest in this new place mainly because of the innovative dishes heavily infused with various Filipino dishes and delicacies. Read on to find out what to expect when you visit them.

Don’t forget to add these places up to your ‘Must Try’ lists on the Booky app, then transfer them to your ‘Favorites’ list if you end up liking them, because each Favorite counts as a vote that puts restaurants on our Hot 100 Lists and Top 10 lists. So keep eating and voting so every foodie out there knows exactly which restaurants to visit and avoid.

Enjoy!

The Burger Lab is a casual and modern build-your-own ‘burgery’ that allows customers to not just point out ingredients, but they actually let them assemble their own burgers. Choose from a wide selection of buns, patties, toppings and sauces, as well as how you want it cooked. It’s for a fun and interactive space for children, family and friends. It’s not for people looking for a wide variety of food. We recommend you assemble your own fun burgers. Our insider tip is they have live bands on Wednesdays and are closed on Sundays.

Sarsa Kitchen + Bar (‘sarsa’ meaning sauce in English) was created on the premise that Filipinos love eating food with accompanying sauces or condiments. Celebrity chef JP Anglo, who is from Bacolod, has successfully housed the best of traditional Filipino and Negrense (from Negros) dishes into one kitchen. This is their 2nd branch after the Fort branch. It’s for people who don’t mind a mix of flavorful sauces on their plates.  It’s not for people who are on a ‘no-rice’ diet. We recommend the Sizzling Kansi, Inasal na Isaw and Ginamos Rice. Our insider tip for vegans, we read that their vegetable dishes are cooked in shrimp broth, so confirm orders with the staff/manager first. Chef JP just opened his newest cafe in Rockwell area, Kafe Batwan.
