This month’s featured dish: Ramen.

All of us have random cravings for different types of food, the difference is you can’t see ours but we definitely see yours! So starting this February, we’ll be doing month-long features on the most searched dish or cuisine on the Booky app.

To kickstart the series, we are putting the spotlight on “RAMEN”. Here are the top 10 most loved ramen joints in the metro as voted by our users, because nothing is sweeter than a warm hug from a huge bowl of ramen.

Part 2: 10 Unique Ramen Bowls in Manila
Part 3: 10 Secretly Awesome Ramen Joints in Manila
Part 4: 10 of the World’s Strangest Ramen that’s not in Manila

10. Wrong Ramen – Forbes Town Center

Wrong Ramen just paved the way for unconventional bowls of ramen in Metro Manila. They were the ones who gave us the FU, Sea Men, and the Communist Ramen! Their bestselling FU ramen is “your breakfast in liquid form: Spam, bacon, cheese and fried egg in garlic pepper broth.” Fried egg and bacon in my ramen? That sounds amazing.

9. Ukkokei Ramen Ron – Makati

8. Hokkaido Ramen Santouka – Alabang

Hokkaido Ramen now has seven branches spread across the metro so people can easily get their Tokusen Toroniku Ramen fix. What’s so special about this particular bowl is that it is served with roasted pork cheeks, which are considered “extremely valuable parts,” because there’s only 200-300g per whole pig. This particular flavor is served in limited quantities everyday so you better go early.
