Yi Fang Taiwan Fruit Tea – Ayala Malls The 30th
Hailed from Taiwan, Yi Fang offers a wide array of tea drinks like fruit and flavored teas, sugar-cane drinks, tea lattes, and other specialty drinks.
Fun fact: Yi Fang was named after the founder's grandmother's nickname who got married to a farmer back in 1920.
The main ingredients, premium teas and fruits that they use come from the best suppliers in Taiwan without any chemical preservatives. With this, every cup is freshly made with love.
Their most popular tea drink is the Yi Fang signature fruit tea that has pineapple jelly sauce, passionfruit and mountain tea with apple and orange slices. This famous drink came about when Yi Fang was worried about her husband working at a pineapple plantation under the extremely hot weather would be harmful to his health.
The solution? She decided to cook ripe pineapples to make a sweet pineapple jelly sauce, then she mixes it with tea to refresh him. Since then, this recipe was handed down to generations for their best selling drink.
