Featuring our signature shoyu tare. Served with noodles, cabbage, shredded chashu, minced garlic, bean sprouts, and pork back fat.
Karai Maze Soba
Topped with a heaping portion of assorted chilis and spices. Sharing ingredients with Shoyu Maze Soba, but with no pork back fat. *Warning, very spicy.
