Ah, adobo, one of the crown jewels of our beloved country. One whiff of the powerful scent stirs up memories of being called down to the dinner table because of the stewing smell of adobo. Its rich, Pinoy flavor gives the dish enough hold for us to call it a Filipino staple, but the nostalgia behind the simple recipe makes it one of the greats.]

Adobo sa Pula – Alab
