Annam Noodle Bar is Namnam Noodle Bar from Singapore.
Inspired by the old world concept of street food, Annam Noodle Bar aims to introduce a modern touch to traditional Vietnamese specialties through refreshing western-inspired flavors, varied textures and vibrant colors. The experience becomes even more authentic with its chic industrial interiors that evokes nostalgic memories of Vietnam.
Annam’s Chef Nam Quoc Nguyen is IN LOVE with the local food markets, which is why all of Annam’s ingredients are sourced locally, except for their noodles. He explains that fresh and quality ingredients are the key to making the simple yet flavorful dishes of Vietnam, that’s why he personally goes to the wet market to check out the day’s fresh catch and produce.
Annam Noodle Bar serves authentic, value-for-money, fresh and healthy, 100% MSG-free Vietnamese street food. Their menu features a few main specialties namely: Banh Mi, Hanoi Pho, a few appetizers, Vietnamese coffee and desserts.
Banh Mi
Toasted baguettes stuffed with savory meats, chicken pate, mayonnaise, hot chilli peppers, pickled carrots, daikon, cucumber and fresh cilantro. You have 6 different varieties to choose from:

Hanoi Pho
Hanoi is the birthplace of Vietnamese Pho, a bowl of rice flour noodles with intense broth boiled over 24 hours, garnished with fresh herbs and spring onions. There are 6 different pho bowls to choose from:

Who knew Vietnamese cuisine had all these amazing desserts? Before today, most of us probably can only think of pho and spring rolls when asked about its specialties. They make the perfect endings. You have unique items like Vanilla Pudding, Crispy Fried Banana, Saigon and Hanoi sundaes, and Vietnamese halo-halo to choose from.
Beverages
Annam also has some amazing coolers and coffee to boot. Their signature Viet coffee with condensed milk, lychee-pandan iced tea and chilled dried longgan drinks are must try’s.
This may be useful only to some but Annam Noodle Bar also sells bottles of Vietnamese condiments and bags of Vietnamese coffee beans on the shelves.
Annam is set to open another branch soon, no word yet on where! But stay tuned for future announcements.
