Apéro is the newest neighborhood café in Quezon City that serves a cascading menu, that means you can expect different menu items for each time of the day. From the French word Apéritif which means “to open”, Apéro is a slang term which is often referred to as “food eaten in the late afternoon or early evening.”

Apéro is open as early as 8:00AM to serve you breakfast, lunch, apero, and dinner.

That is what this quaint brunch spot is all about: slow-cooked hearty dishes that are sure winners to start or end your day. No shortcuts in the kitchen are made as everything is made from scratch–from their in-house cultured butter to their jams. Most of Apéro’s dishes require preparation days in advance so you know that there’s a spoonful of love in every bite.

You can start by checking out their fine selection of freshly-baked breads and pastries which include house-fermented sourdough croissants, the duck fat pandesal, and other homemade pastries. Health enthusiasts and natural food lovers will be happy to know that Apéro only uses fresh and organic eggs that are delivered daily to their store.

Their special lunch/dinner dishes include their Signature Firebrick Oven-Smoked Roast Chicken that’s brined for two days, roasted to perfection, then finished with a kiss of smoked apple wood. Looking for something more filling? Also try their sumptuous Firebrick Angus Ribeye and Seawater Mamale, made with dill, lemon, garlic, smoked potatoes and beurre rouge..
