In other words, you get to shoot your co-workers in the process.
It entails strategic planning, honesty systems to build trust among teams, and a lot of banter, so don’t be worried about it being too much of a ‘serious sport.’
Fun fact: Airsoft is based on honesty so when you’re shot, there’s no mark. It's up to you to call yourself out to leave the game.
