Tucked between the bar strip of Poblacion and the Rockwell area in Makati is the first and only restaurant concept from the same guys behind the famous Beer Below Zero freezers.
If you don’t know what BBZ freezers are, it’s a Filipino-invented freezer with the ability to maintain temperatures between -8 to -12 degrees. It’s especially made for those who enjoy their beer crisp and icy, with many enthusiasts claiming that keeping it below zero can enhance the flavors of your favorite brew.
Fun fact: The owners are also the official distributors of Peroni beer from Italy.
The kitchen is helmed by Chef Neil Sapitula who is the same chef behind sister restaurant, Boteco Brasil, located right above them. Read more on this restaurant here.

Their menu has evolved since it opened in 2015 — back then, the restaurant was called BBZ Bistro. They now offer brunch plates and lunch specials! Some of their special menu items include Tomahawk Steak, Seared Foie Gras, and their bestselling Pork Belly.
