BITE (Buffet in Time Espalanade) is the first to offer a time-based buffet experience in the Philippines. A unique concept that allows you to pay for the time you spend in the buffet rather than paying for a flat rate, and with over 35 dishes to choose from (and a lot of desserts) it’s a sure sulit treat!
How it work is you pay an initial fee of ₱168/head which gives you 30 minutes of buffet time. And after your 30 minutes, if you’re still game for more, you pay an additional ₱25 for every subsequent 10 minutes.
Insider tip: If you just want to dive into their buffet without any time limit you can avail their Unlimited Time option for ₱368/head!
The buffet is mainly divided into three groups: Western Food, Asian Food, and Desserts. With a rotating menu every few months, there will always be something new to try with every visit!
Fun fact: Their operating hours are 11AM - 2PM for Lunch and 6PM - 10PM for Dinner.
Surely their highlight section, their Dessert buffet is decoratively presented with sweets and pastries of every kind. (More on this later!)
