Inspired by family-owned restaurants in Madrid, Bueno’s interiors are filled with colourful mosaic tiles paired with exposed red bricks; creating a comfortable and casual vibe perfect for a gathering of family and or friends. Its rich hues of red and brown give a warm and romantic atmosphere that’s also perfect for date nights.
Fun Fact: "Bueno" was inspired by their tour guide who frequently used it as a form of expression. When directly translated, it means "good".
Everything is kept as authentic as possible from the ingredients, to the wine selection, and down to the cooking method. Kennedy Alfonso, Bueno’s Executive Chef, trained in Madrid and San Sebastian, immersing himself in Spain’s culinary landscape.
