Truffle carbonara or carbonara lasagna?

When it comes to pasta, carbonara is probably one of our go-to choices. This Italian pasta dish is traditionally made with egg, cheese, pancetta, and little else. Despite the simplicity of its recipe, carbonara never fails to satisfy our cravings!

Update: Check out the our new Buy 1 Get 1 deals this week!

While a lot of restaurants stick to the classic Italian recipe, many more have been reinventing this dish to make it their own, adding bacon, mushrooms, egg souffle, or even truffles. One thing’s for sure – no matter what ingredient you add to a carbonara it will also be a guilty pleasure.
