Sala Restaurant – Legazpi Village

Last year, Sala celebrated its 20th year with a revamped dining room. The new contemporary interiors set the stage for Scottish chef Colin Mackay’s simple yet perfectly executed European fare. 12/10 is a Japanese izakaya-inspired restaurant owned by Thea de Rivera and Gab Bustos of The Girl + The Bull. Beso Beso reimagines a gastronomic narrative of the uniquely eclectic culture and heritage of the Philippines within the context of a fine Filipino – European restaurant. Metiz – Chino Roces

A modern Filipino restaurant by Filipino-French chef Stephan Duhesme, Metiz serves one 5-course prix-fixe (or fixed price) menu using local ingredients. Located on the upper floor of renowned artist, Benji Reyes’s home, Tahanan Bistro is one of the best dining experiences in Antipolo. Mama’s Table – Baguio

Mama’s Table is a private, fine dining experience in Vicky Clemente’s secluded glass garden home. She serves a French-inspired 8-course meal (appetizer, soup, intermezzo #1 and #2, seafood course, meat course, digestive, dessert), there is no menu so be ready to be surprised. Mama’s Table only accepts one group at a time, with a minimum of 6 persons. 

Insider tip: Arrive before sunset to get a view of Vicky’s beautiful garden and the sunset viewing deck.
