This time around, we scoured through Ortigas to find the sweetest gems. Strategically located in one of the main business districts in the metro, these places can be your new go-to dessert spots after lunch, after hours, or during weekends for some sweet catching up with your friends.

Tsujiri – Podium

Cafe Flafe – Grand Emerald Tower

Custaroonery by Gigi – various branches

In 1999, Gigi Gaerlan serendipitously invented a uniquely delicious and deliciously unique dessert. The custaroon is the ultimate mashup dessert. It consists of a melt-in-your-mouth flan base and a chewy macaroon crown. We can’t get enough of this custardy treat so it’s great that they have two locations in the Ortigas Area: Ayala the 30th and SM Megamall.

Papa Diddi’s is a homegrown all-local ice cream parlour that uses ingredients sourced directly from farms, markets & gardens all over the Philippines.
