Lilong and Lilang Restaurant – Hidden Garden

Lilong and Lilang Restaurant offers a wide assortment of Ilocano Dishes, signature sandwiches, lunch combos as well as assorted drinks and fresh fruits shakes. Bestsellers include Bagnet, Lomo-Lomo, Longganisa, Poqui-Poqui, and Sinaglao.

Uno Grille – Grandpa’s Inn

The first of three restaurants from Granpa’s Inn, Uno Grille offers charcoal grilled specialties of pork, chicken, beef, fish, seafood and vegetables – each having its own special marinade creating a distinct flavor for each dish.

Coffee Break Vigan Co. – Salcedo St.

Coffee Break Vigan Co. is a quaint and cozy coffee shop that serves an array of hot and cold brews as well as comfort food like burgers, pastas, cakes, and more. They also have an assortment of board games that you can play while enjoying your coffee with friends. At night, tables are set-up on the street where you can also enjoy the serene ambiance of Vigan.

Kusina Felicitas – Grandpa’s Inn

Kusina Felicitas, the second of three restaurants in Grandpa’s Inn, is the hotel’s signature restaurant. The dining hall is walled with the original bricks of the 18th century building where they showcase paintings for sale. Their menu offers authentic Ilocano cuisine with dishes like Bagnet, Longganisa, Pinakbet, Bunog (a fish indigenous to the local river), and Ipon (a seasonal fish famous to the Ilocanos).

Insider tip: They have two function rooms for small meetings and events, each room can accommodate 50-60 persons.

Irene’s is the the place to go to try Vigan’s signature empanadas, located along the city’s heritage street, they offer a variety of fillings as well as some souvenirs to take home.

Rhyss & Robin’s – Jose Singson St.

Rhyss & Robin’s is a casual diner that offers all-day Filipino and Continental breakfast favorites, international rice bowl meals, appetizers, pasta and sandwiches. Recommended dishes include their Danggit Breakfast plate, Korean Beef rice bowl, and Arroz Ala Cubana.
