Third wave simply means that the coffee is made out of high-quality beans, and their coffee is meant to be appreciated like fine wine. It’s more than a press of a button on the coffee machine, a feature that is considered “second wave” (with “first wave” being instant coffee). Outside of pressing a button to grind the beans, every step of the way is carefully handcrafted.
