On Wednesdays, we wear loose pants to eat more.

Bibimbap is a popular Korean food that literally means “to mix” and “rice.” And while Bonchon is famous for their world-class Korean chicken, chapchae, and other dishes, their bibimbap has quickly topped the charts as a regular order from the Bonchon menu (especially as rice-loving people).

Yet again, we’re here to feature one of our favorite Korean dishes – Bibimbap. This ever so popular dish consists of rice topped with meat (usually bulgogi, but chicken, pork and seafood can be used), seasoned vegetables, a runny sunny-side up egg and gochujang sauce. Since bibimbap literally means ‘mixed rice’, that’s exactly what you need to do as soon as they serve this dish to you on a sizzling plate.
