Rossini Ristorante Italiano – S Maison Conrad
Owned by the couple behind Buona Vita, a popular Tuscan villa-inspired Italian restaurant in Alabang, Rossini will stand for Italian fine dining with a Mediterranean twist. The restaurant is named after an Italian composer and gourmand.
La Spezia – Tomas Morato

Amici – multiple locations
Amici started off as a friendly neighborhood canteen headed by an Italian priest. From Italian coffee and gelato, they delved into wood-fire oven baked pizzas and homemade pastas. Word got out that this small canteen was serving authentic Italian food and the rest is history. Today, Amici is a well-known Italian favorite for many families. Try these new dishes from Chef Paolo Moran:
Savory combination of fried Italian style beef and pork meatballs stuffed with cheddar cheese and served with a side of pomodoro and béchamel dip
Creamy Truffle Rigatoni

Pappare – The Food Hive Food Park
Although Pappare isn’t exactly a restaurant, you can expect top-notch pasta dishes here at very affordable prices. Pappare specializes in old-fashioned handmade noodles and pastas with varieties such as the Bleu Blanco, Reginette alla Pesto, and CRABonara–all served in a to-go cone. Gran Caffe Lavena – Venice Grand Canal
Gran Caffe Lavena is a Venetian-inspired cafe along Venice Grand Canal in BGC that serves authentic Italian dishes, and beautiful pastries and desserts.
Salvatore Cuomo – Uptown Parade
Salvatore Cuomo is a half Italian, half Japanese celebrity chef from Naples, Italy. This is his first restaurant in Manila and his first collaboration with coffee specialist, Paul Bassett from Australia. The restaurant specializes in pizza, pasta, and other Italian favorites.

Due to its situation in a residential area in San Juan, the bistro is highly underrated.
