Salmon Cheese Maki – Shinsen

Owned by Chef Waya Araos-Wijangco, Gourmet Gypsy Art Cafe serves food from around the world. The Gravlax Nicoise is cured salmon with baby potatoes, haricot verts, confit tomatoes, olives, mesclun, with lemon goddess dressing, while the Lox is cured salmon with cream cheese, capers, onion, and bagel.
