All-You-Can-Eat Tapas

Greenhills is known to be a breeding ground for terrific restaurants which cater to the area’s dominantly Chinese-Filipino community. There’s no dearth of Japanese, Filipino, or even Latin American options; and for Chinese establishments in particular, there is an insurmountable pressure to meet expectations of quality and authenticity.

In order to please their notoriously tough critics, most restaurants in this area stick to tradition. But there’s one newly-opened concept that is about to break the mold.

¡Más! – Missouri St.

Más is one of the few Spanish concepts in the area and the only one of those to offer unlimited tapas. They’re located in the same lot as C3 Events Space, along Missouri Street in Northeast Greenhills.

They’re brought to you by the same powerhouse team behind The Rooftop in Katipunan. The owners are all young, widely traveled, and above all, well fed. Their exposure and appreciation for the good things in life are what make them so attentive to detail.

Fun Fact: Gaby, one of the owners, insisted on using long-stemmed glasses only. This was so that the heat from your hand will not warm the liquid it contains, keeping your drink perfectly chilled!

Despite only being in their early 20s, the owners have a good idea of what it takes for a concept to not get lost in a highly variable, highly competitive industry. They’re not afraid to do something different and give a little more in order to stand out.

Fun Fact: The Spanish word 'mas' actually translates to 'more'

No other restaurant in the Metro allows you to enjoy unlimited tapas for only ₱550. The team worked closely with Chef Geri Camahort and Tori Olbes of G&T Dining, young cooks who do private catering and menu consultancy. The two are of Spanish descent and were shocked by how much tapas bars in Metro Manila were charging.

Geri and Tori assured the owners of Más that they could come up with a menu that was exceptional, concise, and most importantly, affordable.

Más Classics – ₱550 (exclusive of VAT)

When you order their Más Classics, you can get limitless orders of Huevos Rotos, Tortilla de Patata, Croquettas Bombas, Albondigas, and two kinds of pintxos: Anchovies & Salsa and Quail Egg & Salchichon.

Croquettas Bombas

Instead of the usual chicken croquettes, Más makes theirs with chorizo. Warning: these are highly addictive!

Pintxos

One order comes with both the Quail Egg & Salchichon pintxo and the Anchovies & Salsa pintxo.

Insider Tip: The latter isn't for everyone but we recommend trying it anyway if you enjoy the flavors of salt and vinegar. Be adventurous!

Mas Experience – ₱750 (exclusive of VAT)

For an additional ₱250, you can enjoy all the classics plus four more premium dishes: Gambas with Chorizo, Mussels in Wine Sauce, Chicken Iberico, and Paella Mixta!

Trust us, you’ll be happy to drop that ₱750 for the Más Experience. The Paella Mixta and Mussels are seriously delicious. You can tell they don’t scrimp on ingredients— there’s a piece of chicken, squid, or chorizo in almost every bite!

If the unlimited rounds of tapas don’t fill you up, you can always order a 300 gram Rib Eye Steak à la carte. It comes with a side salad and mashed potatoes. To finish on a sweet note, they also offer desserts, including a Cheesecake of the Day!

Bread Pudding with Chocolate Sauce

This is a must-try! They borrowed this top-secret recipe from owner Pia’s mom.

Just like what they did in The Rooftop, Más also offers cocktails. They make standards like Gin & Tonic, Sangria, Negroni, and Amaretto Sour; however, it’s their reinvented cocktails that really steal the show.

Mimosa Filipina

Part-sparkling wine, part-mango juice, this Mimosa Filipina is one you don’t want to miss.

Hijo De…

This cheekily named cocktail is a concoction of bourbon, ginger, and grapefruit. Don’t be deceived by it’s bright orange color; this drink has a strong kick that’ll make you want to say the rest of its name…

Azotea

The Rooftop was best known for their Lychee Mojito. As an homage to their first concept, they’ve created an elevated, more upscale version of it called Azotea, the Spanish word for rooftop.

If you’re heading to Más for a night cap, you can certainly order a bottle of wine or a single cocktail. But if you’re in the mood to turn up, why not avail of unlimited cocktails for ₱500? It’s drink-all-you-can Sangria and Gin & Tonics!

Insider Tip: For a better deal, we suggesting ordering the cocktails as an add-on to your unli-tapas. You'll only need to pay an additional ₱350 to enjoy free-flowing G&Ts and sangrias with your food.

Gin and Tonic

They infuse their gin with dill and peppercorns, which adds a new dimension to the drink. A slice of citrus also makes it more vibrant and refreshing.
