Moonleaf + Bunnies Cafe is a new milk tea shop and board game cafe in the heart of Binondo that serves milk tea from Moonleaf, pastries from The Sweet Studio, as well as in-house fresh coffee and comfort food such as rice meals, pasta, fries and more.

Dyce N Dine – Pineda

Dyce N Dyne is a steampunk-themed boardgame bar and cafe, the newest cafe addition to the Kapitolyo neighboorhood. They have over 1000 board games, card games and other tabletop adventures for geeks, friends, kids and families to enjoy. In house gaming coaches are available to introduce and show you the ropes around the games.

It’s wall to wall with games here, all free to play as long as you keep on ordering. Try themed drinks, inspired by shows and movies such as ‘Doctor Who’ and ‘Star Wars’. (CLOSED) Tobey’s Games Cafe Manila – Mandaluyong

Aside from hefty meals and hundreds of games you can play, Tobey’s also serves as a gaming library where visitors can bring games home to play overnight. Their Belgian Waffles are a customer favorite from their menu. Here’s a fun fact: Tobey’s Game Cafe is actually a board game cafe brand from Taiwan (since 2006) brought in to the Philippines by Tobey himself.

The Appraisery – Cubao Expo

The Appraisery is home of the Meeple Power Community, which encourages more people to get into board gaming. Newbies are welcome and will be eagerly recruited to playtest any new games they have on hand. For non-gamers, find a seat and enjoy their specialty coffee and sandwiches.

TERMS: Each person must order a specialty food and drink. Callbacks for orders are done after a certain amount of time has passed.

Makati B&B – Pasay Road

Makati B&B, short for ‘beer and boardgames’, seems like a hidden community amongst Makati locals located at the 2nd floor of Pamana Building on Pasay Road. The ‘secret underground’ feel may be intimidating at first but gamers are very diverse but welcoming. Join their membership program to avail exclusive discounts on beers and boardgames. It is a joint venture between the Gaming Library (board games provider), the Makati Marauders (events) and John Bull Brewing (beer provider).

Exile on Main St. – Malate

Exile on Main St. is a bar and art gallery literally inside a home, primarily catering to students, yuppies and nearby residents of Taft Avenue. The place was named after one of the greatest albums of all time by English rock band, the Rolling Stones.

Gerry’s Jeepney – Maginhawa

A restaurant featuring one of the country’s most popular mode of commute, the jeepney. They serve classic Filipino favorites like grilled foods, sisig, binagoongan and lechon kawali, boodle-style. Mrs. Graham’s Macaron Cafe – Tomas Morato

Mrs. Graham’s is a quaint little cafe that specializes in unique flavored macarons. The shop also holds pop-up art events and is home to a number of artists and craftsmen’s works. Aside from that, they have stored a few board games for you to enjoy along with their macaroons and coffee. P.S. Newly opened beside them is Mr. Graham’s Sandwich Shop, Mrs. G’s mister.

Cafe Publico – Greenhills

Cafe Publico is an all-Italian inspired cafe, from the news stand to the painted walls, the colorful tables and downright to their delicious food and, did we mention, gelato.
