Aozora, meaning blue sky, is one of the newest restaurants in Tagaytay serving authentic Japanese dishes crafted by Chef Seiji Kamura. They offer Japanese breakfast, other Japanese favorites like sushi and sashimi, and ramen with bulalo as a soup base.

Balay Dako – Aguinaldo Highway

Balay Dako offers traditional and flavorful Filipino dishes with the signature touch of Chef Tony Boy Escalante. ‘Balay Dako’, which is Negrense for big house, is set in a 3-storey house in Tagaytay where each floor showcases a specific section of the restaurant–Terrazas, a semi-open bar on the top floor; Azela, the main dining area on the 2nd floor; and Silong, the private event area of the restaurant on the ground.

What used to be just a pasalubong one-stop shop known for their specialty buko and cheese tarts, Rowena’s is now also a Filipino restaurant offering some of our favorites such as crispy pata, sisig, liempo, and bulalo. They also serve pasta, sandwiches, and breakfast meals.
