Ice cream all day, errday!

Let’s talk about ice cream rolls.

Fun fact: This Thai rolled ice cream is a staple dessert in the streets of Bangkok, handcrafted and made to order in these cold stainless steel surfaces. It’s that perfect summer escape from the scorching heat!

Have you ever wondered how the magic happens?

It’s simple – first, the ‘ice cream chef‘ will combine everything from milk, cream, sugar, spice and everything nice, mixing ingredients altogether and then spreading them thinly on the steel surface until the mixture solidifies. Our favorite part is when they slowly scrape them into these beautiful rolls of frozen goodness. Lastly, the rolls are placed in a cup, filled to the brim with fruits and cookies of all sorts.
