Fun Fact: "Hapag" means to offer or to lay down on the table.

Unlike many restaurants nowadays, Hapag refuses to give in to the fusion food fad and so everything you’ll find on their menu is a traditional family recipe made from scratch, without MSG. No frills, no shortcuts.

Beef Morcon

Their beef morcon takes three days to marinade, stew, and roll. Now that’s a lot of love!
