These aren’t your usual ice cream flavors!

Sebastian’s Ice Cream is popular for its absurd artisanal flavors— take Green Mango & Bagoong, Sapin-Sapin, and Champorado & Dilis for example. This Valentines, Sebastian’s is bringing back a collection of punny ice cream flavors that celebrate love and appropriately describe the struggles of being single.

One of their standouts is the quintessentially bitter “Unresolved Issues” flavor, which if you haven’t already guessed, is an ampalaya sorbet garnished with candied ampalaya bits.

For a better and less bitter ending, “Closure” may be your best bet. It’s a Genmaicha Tea made with Japanese Green Tea leaves and popped roasted brown rice to soothe your sorrows.

For new beginnings, the search is over— get yourself a “Matinong Girlfriend” made with Cerveza Negra, notes of toffee, caramel, and coffee. It’s also loaded with honey-roasted peanuts made in-house and coated in bittersweet chocolate for a more substantial flavor profile!

And lastly, if you’re looking for someone complex but clever, get yourself a “Matinong Boyfriend“— a dark chocolate orange ice cream made with orange zest and a hint of rum, garnished with candied hazelnuts spiced with cinnamon!
